Rome 11 January 2022 – The Lieutenant of the Grand Master of the Sovereign Order of Malta, Fra’ Marco Luzzago, will receive in audience the Diplomatic Corps accredited to the Sovereign Order of Malta tomorrow Tuesday 11 January in Rome. The audience will take place in the Magistral Villa, the Order of Malta’s seat of government, and will be restricted due to the health regulations imposed by the pandemic. The meeting will be opened by the Dean of the accredited Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador Antoine Zanga of Cameroon.

The Lieutenant of the Grand Master will review the Order of Malta’s main medico-social activities in the world. Fra’ Marco Luzzago will illustrate the main projects carried out during the past year to help the people most affected by the pandemic crisis, but also by the many emergencies such as conflicts and natural catastrophes. He will also illustrate the most important diplomatic initiatives carried out during the year that has just ended and the main diplomatic and institutional activities planned for the coming months.
