The Embassy of the Order of Malta in Argentina, the Association of Argentinian Knights and Radio 10, a very popular radio station, signed an agreement for an advertising campaign entitled “Ayúdenos a Ayudar” (Help us to help). The campaign was broadcast from 16 May to 6 June 2001, to raise awareness of public opinion in Argentina and gather food and clothing for those living in the most disadvantaged areas. Many children in Argentina live in conditions of extreme poverty and malnutrition, especially in the suburban areas of Buenos Aires and in some of the innermost regions of the country.

The agreement was signed at the offices of the Ambassador of the Order, Antonio Manuel Caselli, by the President of the Argentinian Association, Dr. Rodolfo T. Buttini, and by the manager of the radio station, José Luis Rodriguez Pagano. The aid sent was collected by Radio 10 staff and distributed throughout the country under the direction of the Order of Malta and its Argentinian Association.
