On 7 June one year ago, following a sudden illness, Fra’ Marco Luzzago, Lieutenant of the Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, passed away.

This morning, during the Holy Mass in the chapel of the Magistral Palace in Rome, HMEH the Grand Master Fra’ John Dunlap wished to remember and pray for the late Fra’ Marco, a man of profound faith and spirituality who dedicated his life to the service of the Order of Malta and those most in need.

Fra’ Marco Luzzago was elected head of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta on 8 November 2020.
